What I’ve learned about business momentum — and why imperfect action still wins

I’m a fast action-taker.

I don’t sit with things for long. I process quickly, pivot when needed, and hit “go” before I talk myself out of it. (Sometimes too quickly, if I’m honest.)

But I know that’s not how everyone moves.

And over the years — inside my own business and in the businesses I support — I’ve seen just how many brilliant entrepreneurs stay stuck, not because they aren’t ready… but because they’re still waiting for something.

Permission. Clarity. Confidence. A bigger audience. The “perfect” plan.

Here’s what I want to offer today: You don’t need to fix everything before you begin. You don’t need to feel 100% ready. You don’t need to earn 10K months to act like a CEO now.

You just need to start.

Where I See People Getting Stuck

1. They wait for their offer to be perfect before they sell it
   Spoiler: it never will be. The clarity comes from doing, not polishing behind the scenes.

2. They think they need a full funnel before they can show up
   Truth: Most of your first clients won’t come through a funnel. They’ll come because you said the right thing, at the right moment, to the right person.

3. They keep rewriting their website instead of talking to real people
   Your brand is important — but clarity in your communication matters more than the font on your homepage.

4. They mistake overthinking for strategy
   Strategy isn’t about controlling every outcome. It’s about choosing a direction and moving with intention — even if it’s imperfect.

And they learn fast. Because movement teaches you more than hesitation ever could. (And I’m a big fan of continual learning!)
